We had such a wonderful four days and three nights at Lonestar Glamp Inn in Round Top, TX for Junkie Edition 4.0 that we decided to return in 2026! There's no place quite like this. Imagine sleeping in a camper-indoors!! This indoor glampsite has all of the fun of camping, but it's really more like GLAMPING. All meals will be provided, however, special meals will not be available. Participants will be given a menu prior to the event. The venue has a refrigerator and freezer for anyone who needs to bring their own food.
Attendees will get exclusive swag bag and chances to win lots of prizes.
Payment plan available with $150 upfront and monthly payments each month with final payment due no later than April 1, 2026. Simply submit your deposit on you initial invoice and then make monthly payments on the 1st of each month until paid in full or by April 1, 2026 (whichever comes first).
Check-In will begin at 3 pm on Thursday, June 25, 2026.
Check-out is at 11:00 am Sunday, June 28th, 2026.

Many events require full registration payments upfront. We want to be as accommodating and flexible in all of our events to allow you to reserve your spot without leaving a big hole in your wallet. By doing this, we have to implement a very strict "No Refund" policy.
Once spots are reserved, plans are made for kits, meals, rooms, entertainment, etc. We will allow you to make payments and transfer your registration to someone else. If you've paid for your spot and need to transfer, the new participant can pay you the fees and we will put their name in place of your registration. We ask that you give us the name and contact information for the transfer so that we can update our records and personalize items they will receive at the retreat. Some work for me but easy as applie pie for you! Please understand, we cannot offer refunds.
Spaces are limited. Once all tickets are sold, we will create a waitlist. In the event of cancellations people will be notified in the order they were added to the waitlist. Both ticket holder AND person wanting to purchase their ticket must be willing to share contact information to purchase the transferred ticket. Planner Chicks of Central TX and its agents are NOT responsible to find said transfer for the paid (or partially paid) ticket.
